About Invisalign

Mini and Clear Braces

Mini braces are smaller than their traditional counterparts and thus less noticeable. Although they are smaller, they are made from a stronger grade of stainless steel so you won't have to sacrifice strength for size. Additionally, they are easier to clean and more comfortable than regular braces.

Clear braces are another alternative available to most. While they are still placed on the front side of the teeth, they blend with the natural color of your teeth. Although they may look better, they are slightly weaker than traditional or mini braces and may break more easily.

Early-childhood treatment or Phase I treatment

Orthodontics during early childhood can be essential to the correct formation of the jaw and alignment of teeth. Problems caught at this stage can be treated simply while if left untreated may require surgery or extractions as a teenager.

Early-Childhood treatment, or Phase 1 treatment can lay the foundation for solid Phase 2 treatment results.

Adult Orthodontics

In addition to the morale boost that a gleaming, perfectly aligned smile can give to someone who once had imperfect teeth, orthodontics have a number of health benefits that make getting braces as an adult even more worthwhile. Uneven teeth affect your ability to chew and speak correctly. Additionally uneven teeth can often cause a clicking jaw, lead to gum disease and make it cavities more likely.

And now there are several less noticeable alternatives to getting your teeth straightened with traditional metal braces. Invisalign and Lingual Braces are excellent options that allow you to correct your smile without drawing attention to it.
